Jimmy Jam's First Day Of K-5

Sorry for my extended absence! There has been SOOO much going on! Super hero is out of the military now, we have moved back to our home state of South Carolina, new jobs, new home, and My little Jimmy Jam started K-5. It was a tearful/Wonderful/ Longest day ever! :-) He had a blast and has done so well these first few weeks! I just love when I get there to pick him up and he has so much to tell me and show me, but he is always sure to let me know that even though he loves school he still misses his mommy very much! What can I say? That boy has my heart! We have more exciting news coming soon... but I will wait until I have all the pics loaded to share!

Sleeping In Our Bed!

In ten years when I look back at pictures of my boys this is something that I will truly miss. It never fails at some point during the night one or both of my little angels end up in our bed. Now, at 3 am, when I have two inches of bed to myelf (Buggy actually tries to sleep sideways as pictured) it is not so cute/ fun, but I suspect when they are older and have less time for mommy this is something that will be dearly missed! So I will try even at 3 am to enjoy all the moments spent with my little blessings!

Loving My Life

It's been awhile since I have blogged and lots of stuff has happened! I am now obsessed with Twilight for instance! lol That Stephanie Meyer, she is awesome in my book! Anyways, my lil boy is almost two! I cannot believe it! And my hubby and I have recently decided to start trying for another lil one very soon! I cannot wait! I am currently writing my first novel! Well not really my first, but hopefully the first that I will complete! And I am so happy that its beach weather here in NC! So much to be happy about and so much to be thankful for! I am just purely loving life right now!
 

Being Positive!

I am taking it one day at a time. Waking up each morning and deciding to have a good day. Making a point to tell myself that I am not depressed, that I am happy, and loving my life. And you know what... I think it is helping. Not every minute of the day, but overall; yeah, its helping! The power of positive... wow what a difference just a few words can make!

I am also making plans for the future, and seeing myself successfully completing the goals that I have set for myself. I have a long way to go, but at least I have taken the first steps, I am moving forward! That puts a smile on my face and hope in my heart!
